Getting ready to leave...and CAMP MOMMA is coming back...

So I'm counting the days till i leave for BCT. My recruiter said I'll be shipping out in July!! I'm going active duty so i will be based in another state. I'm so excited to go and be challenged. I'd love to do something with computers, MP, or Chaplain in the Army. I'm praying that i'll do well on the AFQT this week! I've been studying so much over the coarse of 3 months. I can do about 5-7 pushups which is pretty good for women since we don't have upper body strength like men do. I can also pump out 60-80 sit-ups as well. I'm working on my 3 mile run now. I've defiantly come a long ways in the past year and very proud of myself bc i thought i couldn't lose the weight as fast as i did. It took a lot of discipline to get where I'm at today!! My goal would be to get down to 138-140lbs. I need to get more motivated to go running every single day!

I loved having these girls in the picture last year. It was last minute for me and i had no idea who these girls were and i was afraid that they weren't going to like me, but i left UE camp last year as "CAMP MOMMA!" How awesome is that. I decided to help out with UE camp one last time. my 6Th grade girls were disappointed when i wasn't going to UE camp, but I'm going out with a bang! lol I'm going to miss the girls so much and having that relationship with each and every single one of them. I've been with the girls for 2 years now and just seeing how much they change in a year, its pretty amazing! They absolutely don't want me to leave and knowing that, it shows how much they love me being their LIFE group leader. I couldn't ask for a better group of girls. I'm going to miss them so much and I'm glad that I'll have an entire week to build an even more closer relationship with them. I'm going to miss the people of LCBC, the friendships that have built over the years, my family, and my boyfriend (well not quite yet, but we're seeing each other).
